* Source for candidates on Salesforce, Monster, and CareerBuilder.

* Interview candidates in-person and via Facetime/Skype.

* Write candidate bios

* Tailor resumes after every interview.

* Track send out compliance paperwork for various partner companies

* Follow up with candidates daily to complete Paperwork, Drug Screens, and Background Checks.

* Heavy phone interaction with clients candidates

* Email correspondence with clients candidates

* Complete candidate detail oriented references confirm dates of employment

* Excellent ability to multitask, prioritize keep organized

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent interpersonal skills
