Job Description

The Global Talent team collaborates with business and talent leaders in DTTL and member firms to deliver on their shared vision for Global Talent.  Global Talent is a strategic business partner, enabling Deloitte to achieve its vision and objectives


The Manager of the Careers Website and Global Mobility Technology will work closely with the Senior Manager, Global Mobility Technology & Careers Website to be a champion for the candidate experience, provide guidance to the member firm’s localization and customization efforts of their individual careers website, and advise member firms on the application of innovation solutions that will enhance the candidate experience. They will also provide guidance and support to our key stakeholders in their use of global mobility technology.

Role Specific Responsibilities

  • Engage with internal information technology resources and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the technology used to manage Global Mobility, the Careers Website, job postings and the Adobe Content Management Tool

  • Collaborate with Global Information technology and external vendors to identify, prioritize and coordinate recruitment-focused enhancements to the platform

  • Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate new Recruiting and Global Mobility technology solutions and enhancements in support of a best-in-class experience, and lead their implementation

  • Identifies and manages system upgrades to the global mobility technology, including planning, change management and implementation

  • Conduct change management activities related to the adoption of enhancements to the candidate experience, including communications and education

  • Lead the enhancements of analytics to provide stakeholders insight on key performance indicators to improve the candidate experience

  • Act as the team’s liaison for any system integrations between applications that touch the candidate experience

  • Manage special recruiting and global mobility technology projects as needed

  • Manage relationships with key business stakeholders, such as the mobility systems key users, the careers website content managers and the Mobility Shared Service Center

  • Drive strong  relationships with vendors, internal IT teams, as well as internal Brand & Communications teams

Knowledge Sharing / Documentation

  • Develop best practices and promote innovation and collaboration between the member firms regarding Careers Website content, website development and Global Mobility systems

  • Actively manage and contribute to appropriate communications and collaboration channels

  • Engage with careers website content managers in their use of the Careers Website content management tool

  • Engage with the global mobility stakeholders in their use of mobility technology

Education (degree): BS/BA in Information Technology, Human Resources, or Communications


Years of Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience ‑ ideally, in the management of recruitment and web technologies


Technical Skills

  • Experience delivering complex software product implementations

  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and deliver multiple projects simultaneously

  • Implementation experience of large scale, global technology solutions

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources technology

  • Experience with implementation and management SaaS solutions

  • Experience with content management solutions (Adobe preferred)


  • Experience in recruitment technology and website management

  • Recruitment background is preferred

  • Proven success in managing external vendors  

  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and virtual

  • Experience managing and participating in virtual global project teams

  • Proactive approach, ability to execute projects with minimal guidance and supervision

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly

  • High level of quality/accuracy in work (detail oriented)
