*Requirements:* OfficeTeam is searching for a Corporate Recruiter for a client of ours in Hallandale, Florida. This Corporate Recruiter is responsible for delivering a pipeline of diverse, quality candidates to hiring managers by networking, community relationship building, and direct sourcing/screening for positions. This position will also be responsible for creating resources and processes that support recruiting efforts in the corporate office and the network. A Day in the Life - Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on building strong business partnerships with internal hiring managers and external recruitment agencies. - Act as main point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics. - Analyze, improve and develop recruitment policies and processes. - Proactively source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for existing and upcoming openings. Explore best practices in recruitment to design, develop, and implement appropriate sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates to the organization. - Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization. - Create resources and train corporate and network stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure effective recruiting practices. - Develop and maintain a network of contacts to source qualified candidates. - Identify and clarify hiring specifications, competencies, and requirements to ensure accurate and detailed job descriptions. - Maintain a consistent, high volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods. - Maintain social recruiting sites, including Glassdoor. In addition, this Corporate Recruiter will regularly track and communicate recruitment metrics with internal stakeholders. Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events.
