*Requirements:* Culinary Recruiter The Culinary Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruiting support for our onsite Culinary team. Essential Functions Our recruiter's source, interview, screen, evaluate, and hire new culinary employees. Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools. Evaluate and recommend candidates based on strengths as compared to client's requirements. Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements by highlighting enhanced benefits offered by the client. Complete extensive necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background tests and document verification. Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients' staffing requirement. Participate in Job Fairs. Follow up with the related clerical aspects of employment, such as use of internal applicant tracking system, employment and insurance forms, notifying the department of employee's starting date and the requisition the employee is filling. Act as liaison with area employment agencies, prepare and liaison with advertising agencies, process and check advertising agency billings, liaison with temporary agencies, record status of authorized positions within the corporations, complete employment verifications, oversee employee referral program. Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements. May be required to assist with the onboarding process by processing new-hire documents with candidates, ensuring documents are accurately completed, entered, and scanned to respective stakeholders. Use of E-Verify system for I9 processing and initiate candidate background checks Knowledge and Skills Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and flexibly. Excellent interpersonal, persuasive, written/verbal communication, planning, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Sound judgment and decision-making skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast and dynamic environment. Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels. Excellent client management and business literacy skills. Manage multiple business units in multiple locations. Manage multiple conflicting priorities. Develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results. Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues. Possess strong written and oral English/Spanish communication skills. This is a challenging, fast paced opportunity for a highly organized candidate with excellent time-management skills and a commitment to operational excellence. Education and Work Experience Culinary, Hospitality and or service-oriented industry recruiting experience is a plus (2-5 years required). Be familiar with Microsoft Office, Gmail, HRIS, and ADP. Possess strong written and oral English communication skills. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
