Description Robert Half HR Service is seeking an entry level Healthcare Recruiter. This is a short term engagement; are you immediately available? The Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and hiring licensed clinical and administrative staff. They will provide recruitment guidance and support to all hiring managers; support the HR department in all HRIS programs including compensation, benefits, retention, and on-boarding activities. Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities

* Participates in developing and implementing annual recruitment plan to meet targeted hiring goals for licensed detail oriented and administrative staff.

* Provides interested parties with information about employment opportunities at Pathways; completes resume and telephone screenings and first level interviews.

* Shares information regarding experience in candidates with appropriate hiring managers; follows up with managers to assure that applicants are responded to in a timely manner. o Keeps candidates regularly informed of the status of their application. o Notifies unsuccessful candidates of the decision not to full-time.

* Assists in planning recruitment advertising that includes development of on-line ads and collateral material such as fliers and other recruitment materials. Provides regular feed back to the HR Recruiting Manager regarding measurable response to recruitment advertising activities.

* Places ads and on-line job postings within the confines of the recruitment advertising budget.

* Provides recruitment guidance and support to all Pathways hiring managers.

* Collaborates with hiring managers to develop interview questions and participates in interviews as requested.

* Participates in management training in regards to candidate screening, application tracking system, interviewing, and mentoring post full-time.

* Ensure proper documentation of recruitment process adhering to legal, regulatory, and company regulations.

* Manages placement coordination and compliance documentation of temporary personnel including travelers, contract and temporary workers.

* Manages candidate reference checks including the reference application to ensure timely distribution of information for hiring.

* Manage new employee background verification to ensure issues are expediently and properly addressed

* Coordinate with other Pathways department such as HRIS, Education, IT and hiring manager to ensure new hires have a smooth transition.

* Maintain accurate applicant tracking system information in regards to requisition, candidate, and employee information.

* Assist recruiting management with collection and reporting of data for recruiting metrics and to facilitate communication of open positions with hiring managers.

* Makes detail oriented contact with prospective employees at job fairs, conferences, detail oriented association meetings, to apprise them of employment opportunities within organization.

* Performs other duties as assigned consistent with training and the mission and goals.

*Requirements:* Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications

* B.A. or B.S. with a strong academic record;

* 1-2 years of experience; healthcare industry highly preferred;

* Excellent oral and written communication skills;

* Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills;

* Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention;

* High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates;

* Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System;

* Proficiency in, or knowledge of, using a variety of computer software applications, especially Google Suite, Adobe, Excel and Microsoft Word software.
