The ideal Technical Recruiter will have the following qualifications- understanding the needs of hiring managers, be able to sell your candidates to hiring managers, be self motivated, ability to work long hours (no typical 9-5) have a "go-getter" personality, take good notes, ability to network, build relationships, fast learner, comfortable talking over the phone and "cold calling", scheduling in person interviews, and other tasks as requested.
