Description Our Chanhassen client has an immediate need for a Recruiting Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential to be hired permanently in the future if business continues to increase. Recruiting experience is not required, the client would prefer to see candidates that have a strong phone or retail customer service background. Recruiting will be approximately 10-15% of this role, the additional 85-90% will be involved in the scheduling of technicians that have previously worked for the company on various projects. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 1+ years of prior customer service experience, either retail or phone. This role will be heavily involved in the scheduling and coordination of the technician schedules, so the ability to multi-task effectively is imperative. Must be able to start within the next week and be available to commit for a minimum of 3+ months, and ideally be interested in a full time, full-time position if one becomes available based on business volumes.
