The Human Resources Recruiter will source and review candidates by reviewing resumes, attending job fairs, and conducting initial phone screens. The Human Resources Recruiter will also prepare job postings and manage applicant tracking within the Applicant Tracking System and HRIS System. The qualified Human Resources Recruiter should have excellent customer services skills, be outgoing and have a minimum of 1 year experience recruiting in Human Resources setting.
