Description Duties and Responsibilities Staffing and Onboarding Provide strategic support field and office locations through the development and implementation of effective recruitment plans to support the day-to-day operation. 1. Develop, review and place job postings; screen resumes; create interview guides/templates; 2. Utilize and maintain the in-house Applicant Tracking System as it relates to recruitment and develop strategies to maintain a solid pipeline of candidates to meet current and future business needs 3. Set up and conduct interviews as required; assess interviewed candidates based on qualifications and organizational fit and refer to hiring manager(s) as defined by position; 4. Ensure post offer pre-employment tests and reference checks are conducted according to company policy; 5. Schedule and coordinate Onboarding activities; 6. Work closely with Superintendents and Rig Managers to maintain required staffing levels when unplanned turnover occurs; 7. Gather information and provide insight to Operations and HR Leadership Teams on manpower requirements, attraction and retention issues and turnover statistics; 8. Provide education and training on recruitment fundamentals: resume screening; selection; interviewing and referencing to both internal recruiters and business leaders when needed HR Administration Programs Manage the workflow of information and programs to ensure transactions are properly documented and pass audit requirements and handle internal compliance programs. 1. Work with management to ensure all employee transactions are properly documented and processed to Payroll through status change forms (transfers, position changes, leave of absence, salary changes, terminations, etc.) 2. Ensure completion of all required paperwork for new employees; 3. Audit Database and crew sheets to ensure accuracy in data maintained.
