We are seeking a HR Recruiter in Mason City, IA. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the entire hiring process through various recruitment activities.

*Requirements:* Responsibilities:

* Support and maintain the hiring process - active involvement with recruitment activities

* Draws on a general knowledge of the business environment, requirements and strategies to determine the recruitment and candidate sourcing strategy and priorities to align with the business/functional goals

* Handle high volume of phone and on-site interview scheduling requests in a timely manner

* Provide full cycle recruiting services including recruitment strategy session, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers

* Maintain recruiting metrics, and generate reports from applicant tracking system

* Develops a recruiting pipeline by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; representing the company by providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; attending job fairs, and maintaining rapport

* Utilize recruitment technology systems (i.e. Taleo), process enhancements, and Taleo analytic capabilities to achieve efficiencies in recruiting activities Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience

* 1-3 years of experience in operations or human resources

* Ability to use technology, tools and processes to stay highly organized

* Must be self-motivated, highly detailed and organized, able to take initiative to make or adapt to changes

* Exposure/familiarity in employee experience-related market service areas such as production staffing, onboarding and assimilation, local training delivery, performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programs
