Description Position Overview: This person will be responsible for recruitment and the strategic development, implementation and ongoing execution of effective recruitment plans and selection strategies for the assigned region (s) across multiple states. Duties will include:

* Partner with Recruiting, Sales Management and Hiring Managers to source, qualify, interview and hire top producing Loan Officer candidates in strategically defined market regions

* Establishes and maintains relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs

* Develop action plan for growth with branch manager to target markets including metrics from first contact to successful hire

* Meet hiring goals as determined by the Recruiting Department

* Sources passive candidates through networking using the recruiter's existing data base and internet research techniques

* Schedule interviews and or possible travel with candidates

* Communicate weekly with Regional and Branch Managers to review recruiting reports, growth goals and progress

* Provide weekly candidates pipeline updates to Regional, Recruiting and Sales leadership

* Assist in developing job descriptions for required experience and background to meet the ideal candidate profile for assigned branches

* Offer interviewing and on-boarding guidance to Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process

* Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships for current and future hiring needs

* Generate a high volume of daily outbound cold and warm calls

* Communicate culture of organization to prospective candidates

* Network with referral partners and passive and proactive candidates

* Other duties may be assigned.

*Requirements:* Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree

* 3-5 yrs experience as a Sales Recruiter– prefer both corporate and agency experience

* Source, qualify and recruit highly professional, top producing Loan Officers for numerous branches simultaneously

* Commitment to and successfully achieve (and exceed) hiring goals as determined by the company

* highly competitive, engaging and self-motivated attitude Experience with Applicant tracking systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Excel, Social Media

* Superior written and verbal communication skills

* Exceptional experience in initiating cold & warm calls, creating email campaigns- ability to insert company knowledge into conversation, and social media demonstrated knowledge – deep contact list in mortgage industry

* Ability to be proactive while working independently and with a team

* Currently maintains a network of Loan Originators, general mortgage professionals and referral partners

* Ability to target companies and passive candidates by leveraging all available online and offline resources

* Strong negotiation and influencing skills

* Strong knowledge of the local, state and national mortgage industry including direct and indirect competition and demographics including direct and indirect competition and demographics, as well as NMLS use savvy.

* Must be proficient in working with Applicant Tracking systems to ensure all efforts are consistently up to date to enable accurate and timely reporting Knowledge of:

* Experience in supporting remote locations

* "Book of Loan Officer contacts"

* Legal requirements and federal and state regulations related to employment

* Compliance with EEOC and employment laws Skills in:

* Verbal and written communications

* Interpersonal skills

* Interviewing, assessment, and negotiation

* Interact and establish relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
