Description Communications company in need of a temporary recruiter for a three month project. In this role you will:

* Develop and maintain network of professional recruiting contacts

* Administrator for the Resume Management System (RMS)

* Administer the Position Requisition process with all respective hiring managers

* Administer pre-screening of applicants; background checks, reference checks and security clearance

* Administer offer letters and negotiations with candidates and hiring managers

* Administer the interview and new hire/on-boarding process.

* Develop and coordinates internal job posting programs to include writing job postings

* Work in close tandem with other Corporate departments as a representative from the Human Resources department

* Source candidates and prepare resumes as requested

* Work with other Corporate departments to administer the compensation program were required

* Develop and maintain Metrics for measuring recruitment activity as requested

* Assist with the HR programs such as employee benefits

* Administer all required compliance activities relative to employment; including but not limited to EEO-1 Reporting, VET 100 and Affirmative Action Program (AAP).

* Administer various employee relations/recruiting activities.

* Provides guidance and assistance to hiring locations; including managers, administrators and employees.

* Maintains the accuracy of recruiting data entry into the HR and Recruiting systems as required

* Maintains HR recruiting binders

* Attend meetings as required and requested

* Other duties and special projects as requested by HR Management SKILLS:

* Ability to work as a part of a strategic team

* Great communication, administration and organization skills.

* Advanced technical skills in MSOffice and HRIS; including set up and maintenance and report writing.

* Initiative, innovation, and follow through.

* Professional AIRS Recruiting Certification and /or PHR preferred

* Position requires sitting, for long periods of time. (Sedentary Work)

* Most duties require extended use of a keyboard and computer monitor

* Extended Telephone Used

*Requirements:* EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

* Minimum of 2 years hands on experience as a proven recruiter with

* Minimum of 1 years government contracting and/or military recruiting experience preferred

* Knowledge of internet recruiting and posting of job positions required

* Minimum 2 years HR generalist knowledge required specifically in the area of employee benefits, new hire orientations, performance management, general employee relations activities

* Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related Business Administration degree is preferred.

* Continuing education in the area of recruiting; such as seminars, workshops, conferences or courses.
