Description An Automotive company is seeking a Recruiter Talent Acquisition partner who can partner with their leadership team and hiring managers to support their growth and dynamic business especially in the area of corporate finance and technical recruiting. This Recruiter will work with HR and hiring managers to determine their sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure they get the right people on boarded and integrated, with the right skills, and at the right time. The ideal Recruiter candidate will demonstrate those same values; a collaborative nature, passion for great people, creativity, and exciting opportunities, high integrity and teamwork. About the Role: Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition: engaging with hiring managers to properly scope and profile our needs, sourcing strategies, screening, phone interviewing, facilitation of behavioral interviews, participation in hiring decisions, decline notifications and offer extension with salary negotiation. While managing compliance. Develop sourcing and recruitment strategies to achieve and maintain the talent resources required to meet our goals. Responsible for applicant tracking and develops, analyzes and reports on recruitment performance metrics. Act as a business partner with hiring managers to develop strategies, understand needs for positions and the culture of the department Participates in decision making process with appropriate stakeholders Manage departmental budget and vendor relationships to ensure achievement of staffing goals while keeping in line with financial capabilities Responsible for the direct sourcing and recruitment of positions, as determined by management. Utilizes exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills to assess candidates and connect highly qualified individuals with hiring managers As time allows support the organization with key projects from research to benchmarking to recommendations (e.g., corporate onboarding, and employee referral programs) About the Candidate: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years direct experience recruiting for positions at all levels within an organization especially in the area of finance and other corporate/staff roles Proven experience developing and implementing recruiting strategies Must be confident in own judgments yet open to feedback for continuous learning and growth Capability to understand whats important for each position, hiring manager and the company while setting out to find and engage quality candidates Detail oriented, organized self-starter with an ability to prioritize work load Professional and positive in words and actions Must have direct experience with multiple sourcing strategies (push and pull) and networks especially LinkedIn (they will purchase special LinkedIn recruiter license to enable optimal data mining)
