Internal Recruiter, New College Graduates





Robert Half is looking for a talented **Internal Recruiter** to identify and recruit new college graduates for our Management Training Program at (MTP). This is a highly visible role as it involves significant interaction with field management across the U.S. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for recruiting and business development roles. The Internal Recruiter will present top candidates to field managers for review, arrange interviews and communicate decisions to candidates.

**GeographIC Responsibility**

+ Western, Central and Southeastern U.S.


+ Review and process 1,200+ applications in Workday each recruiting season

+ Schedule and conduct candidate interviews by phone, video or in person

+ Partner with manager to create a hiring timeline for each recruiting season

+ Attend career fairs at select schools as necessary

+ Serve as point of contact for candidates and field management during the hiring process

+ Assist with the creation and delivery of candidate communications, which may include but is not limited to interviews, decline letters, offer letters and candidate follow up

+ Conduct reference checks as needed

+ Create a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process

+ Ensure accurate candidate documentation via applicant tracking system

+ Provide tracking and reporting related to application submission data, interview results and hiring results


+ Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Marketing or Management)


+ 2+ years of recruiting experience (preferably internal recruiting) within a professional services environment


+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Ability to build rapport and cultivate relationships

+ Excellent leadership skills

+ Professional, confident, enthusiastic and detail oriented

+ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

+ Ability to coordinate and maintain follow up on a number of projects simultaneously

+ Ability to prioritize changing workloads

+ Demonstrated initiative and interest in being a self-starter

+ Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment and be resourceful

+ Proficient skills in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
