Description Large international law firm is looking for a rockstar Legal Recruiter to join their growing practice! OVERVIEW: Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter will have responsibility for managing all aspects the full-life cycle of recruiting for legal and non-legal / Operations positions. The Recruiter will engage in direct partnership with Associates, Managing Directors, Partners, Operations leaders and local HR to execute talent acquisition strategies in direct support of achieving the Firm's goals and objectives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Under the supervision of Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition):

* Provide full-life cycle recruiting to including sourcing, evaluating CVs, prescreening applicants, evaluating skills, interviewing and negotiating compensation.

* Understand recruiting needs and job requirements, and advise on appropriate actions and strategies

* Communicate with Hiring Managers regarding the status of the recruiting process

* Create a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position

* Develop business partner relationships with team, associations, colleges and universities to drive candidate flow

* Design, implement, and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify skilled talent (both active and passive job seekers).

* Build a candidate pipeline using various online recruiting tools, networking, detail oriented associations, social media, career fairs, etc.

* Responsible for advertising firm's job openings through appropriate channels

* Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.

* Ensure database files are updated regularly to track status of candidates and that all steps of the interview process are accomplished prior to offer.

* Responsible for the execution of a highly positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment, selection and onboarding process.

* Drive the offer process, generating offer documents, and closing candidates.

* Generates utilization reports and other statistical reports needed to track Recruiting activities and metrics. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Under the supervision Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition):

* Completes administrative activities associated with scheduling and interviews

* Creates and maintains all candidate files and records

* Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Skills and Abilities:

* Knowledge of general Recruitment and Human Resources concepts, practices and procedures

* Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in-person, via telephone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups

* Ability to maintain confidentiality, and deal tactfully with sensitive information

* Demonstrated commitment to high-level of customer service and maintaining the integrity of the Human Resources Department and the Firm

* Acute attention to detail

* Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects

* Good judgment

* Ability to work independently and in a team setting

* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications Experience:

* 2 - 4 years recruiting experience; law firm or detail oriented services firm background a plus

* Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; iCIMS experience, a plus Minimum Education Level:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
