Description Company: Robert Half Legal (INTERNAL) Permanent Placement Division Position: LEGAL RECRUITER Location: Downtown St. Louis, MO Salary: $45,000 + Bonus As a Legal Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:

* Candidate recruitment and retention: Source, evaluate, and review potential legal candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, your Recruiting Manager, social networking and internal database, etc. Interview prospective legal candida Legal Recruiter also will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified legal talent to submit to current and future client base.

* This individual will support a high-volume Recruiting Manager based in St. Louis but working with clients in the St. Louis, Toronto, Vancouver and Kansas City markets, plus additional markets all over the US and Canada.

* Placement activities: Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain on-going contact with legal professionals currently on assignment to ensure exceptional customer service. In addition, the Legal Recruiter will resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently in order to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
