Description Membership Recruiter Local non-profit organization has a temporary to full time opportunity for a Membership Recruiter. The responsibilities of the Membership Recruiter will include the following: - Recruit members and volunteers within assigned territory - Prepare action plans and schedules to identify target areas - Complete reporting - Pursue leads throughout recruitment process using CRM - Follow up on leads and referrals - Identify marketing strategies and promotional opportunities - Partner with organizations to increase participation and awareness Requirements Include: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Prior experience in sales, recruitment - Ability to prepare and present presentations - Effective written and oral communication skills - Ability to travel
