Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Fargo, ND 58125
Hours: 8a-5p
Job Description:
In this role you will manage a high volume job requisition load ranging between 40-80 positions for call center positions.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Previous staffing, interviewing and hiring experience
- Thorough knowledge in the areas of sourcing, selection, and employment processes
- Build effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues in a variety of locations and time zones.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills needed in a high pressure and fast paced environment
- Basic marketing and presentations skills
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office application
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Two or more years of previous high volume recruiting, interviewing and
staffing experience in a full time capacity preferred.
This opportunity is temporary with the strong possibility of becoming a permanent position.
