*Requirements:* OfficeTeam is currently seeking a Recruiter for a client of ours in the Plantation, Florida area. This Recruiter will develop and execute recruiting plans and network through industry contracts, association memberships, social media and employees. In addition this Recruiter will coordinate and implement meetings with the hiring managers, create job descriptions and develop a pool of qualified candidates. Lastly this Recruiter will evaluate candidates to ensure they meet company hiring standards and prepare offer letters. This Recruiter will also assist with other Human Resources department projects. Strong computer, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required. do you have the knowledge and can do attitude to work for a growing company?
