Description Robert Half Strategic Accounts are currently looking for a Recruiter for one of our clients to help drive their hiring efforts. This is a player role that involves the recruitment of their corporate hires in Utah, Texas, and California as well as their seasonal service center hiring in South Jordan, Utah. The Recruiter will be responsible for driving a creative sourcing strategy and improving existing processes and reporting. * Experience using an ATS to track all recruiting efforts.

* Proven experience establishing credibility and trust with internal and external customers.

* Strong reporting and analytical skills.

* Strong negotiating and closing skills.
