Description Our client in the medical device industry is seeking a fully-cycle recruiter to join their team. This person will work with hiring managers to conduct intake sessions, source and screen candidates and make recommendations. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develops and implements multifaceted sourcing strategies and tactics to attract high potential, diverse talent for multiple functions across various business sectors. (Functional areas to support could include: Sales, Regulatory, Clinical, Engineering, Quality, IT and key business roles).

* Executes talent sourcing strategies and tactics to build greater bench strength at all levels within the organization and deliver screened candidates to the Talent Acquisition Team.

* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team to develop sourcing plans and social media strategies to build company's employment brand in order to attract top talent into critical positions.

* Lead and execute search strategies with a focus on creating diverse talent pools.

* Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (including data mining of the internet, cold calling, on-line databases, social media, internal database, employee referrals, and career fairs) to source candidates that meet the target profile, using screening techniques to reduce the candidate pool

* Lead functional diversity advisory team meetings to coordinate and leverage strategic talent sourcing and staffing efforts across the business sector. This includes providing competitive intelligence, identifying targeted companies and sourcing resources, sharing pre-screened candidates from sourcing activities such as recruiting events, talent communities etc.

* Consult with key internal stakeholders and partners, including hiring managers, functional leadership and HR to understand business needs and challenges.

* Monitor and assess labor market trends to maintain a keen understanding of the life science/medical device industries, key competitors and changing regulations that may impact supply and demand for talent.

* Participate in and attend job fairs, networking events as a means to obtain a strong pipeline of candidates and to effectively meet hiring needs and business initiatives

* Provide metrics to measure progress against strategic talent sourcing efforts and meet key milestones. Communicate outcomes to the functional Talent Acquisition partner(s) and Talent Acquisition leaders on a quarterly basis.
