As a member of this small but mighty team, you'll be a full-cycle technical recruiter, hiring for a myriad of positions ranging from developers to infrastructure. Are you familiar with Salesforce? If so, great! Not necessary but it will definitely help. High level of comfort navigating in ATS and CRM is imperative. Here are a few other key responsibilities: Collaborate with the hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs Proactively source and recruit a myriad of technical roles Provide candidates with a positive experience Understand and summarize candidate's key strengths, liabilities, and requirements Organize and facilitate interview debriefs
