Description Attention all Recruiters and Human Resources Professionals! We are currently looking for star candidates with a background in Recruitment or Human Resources for upcoming opportunities with our clients in Edmonton! In these positions you will be tasked with duties such as:

* Sourcing, pre-screening and shortlisting candidates

* Conducting formal interviews and providing feedback to candidates

* Corresponding with 3rd party job boards, attending job fairs, and utilizing social media

* Conducting reference checks

* Preparing new hire orientation documents, offer and termination letters, deploying selected candidates to different job sites, and coordinating pre-placement documentations

* Other HR support as required

* Previous experience in high volume or trade recruitment

* Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
