Hire Velocity has an immediate opening for a Talent Sourcer for Technical Sales roles in support of our Microsoft partnership.

The sourcer can be virtual/remote while going onsite 1-2 days/week to meet with stakeholders and candidates. The metro areas we are currently hiring in are: San Franciso, NY/NJ, DC (VA/MD) & Tampa. This Talent Acquisition Team has developed a global recruiting structure that allows for effective hiring of top talent. They’re looking for someone who can focus on these events and excels at high volume sourcing, evaluating, and pipe-lining for sales IT roles across the entire company.

Requirements

What the Hire Velocity / Microsoft partnership needs you to do:

  • Develop, build, and execute on sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates for identified industry & diversity events.
  • Source and maintain multiple pipelines of qualified technical candidates to deliver against event attendance goals.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify top talent in each IT Sales discipline and engage them with our events strategy.
  • Own candidate outreach and engagement for each industry event, including pre-event invites and post-event outreach. hand-off talent will occur to the appropriate SME’s when attendees are actively interested in Sales IT roles.


What you should bring to the table:

  • 3+ years technical sales high volume sourcing experience, preferably in the technical, healthcare or public-sector arenas.
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills. Including use of Boolean, X-ray and creative search techniques while creating effective sourcing strategies.
  • Experience sourcing diverse talent across multiple engineering disciplines.
  • Technology acumen & business acumen, as well as a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Ability to adopt to change and produce a solid candidate pipeline in short amount of time.
  • Self-motivated to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage large scale projects.
  • Must have a professional presence, as you will be interacting onsite with high level business leaders.
  • Must be willing to attend onsite networking/hiring events and onsite interviews when needed.
  • BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or equivalent work experience.
