*Requirements:* Title:Technical Recruiter Job Description: Seeking an experienced recruiter to join our Global Talent Delivery team in Westford, MA as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will use strategic researching and sourcing techniques to manage candidate's pipeline for critical, high-volume roles. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop a sourcing strategy to identify the best talent, as well as manage the applicant flow, promote employee referrals, and most importantly, use your research skills to uncover hidden talent. Once you identify the best candidates, you will act as an ambassador and position our employer brand to hire candidates to opportunities. We'll need you to have a track record of sourcing highly skilled technical professionals in a fast-paced environment. Identify potential candidates using a variety of innovative sourcing tools, e.g. social media aggregators and platforms and coding repositories; typical roles include senior software engineers, DevOps, test engineers, etc. Proactively market potential candidates to hiring managers Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline using our customer relationship management (CRM) and applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Collaborate with the Engineering team to own and manage employee referral programs and other hiring initiatives Become a brand ambassador and interact with communities and individuals through social media, including cultivating followers and delivering high-quality, relevant content Investigate new tools and share your knowledge with the team Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements University degree 3+ years of technical recruiting experience (corporate or agency) Proven success recruiting in a high-volume environment, with an ability to manage a diverse requisition load Demonstrated success using recruiting tools, e.g. boolean search, databases, and social media Interest in and passion for technology; we don't expect you to code, but we expect you to be interested in technology topics Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort in cold calling, networking, and public speaking Ability to get past roadblocks using creative problem solving skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented
