Campus Recruiter - Northeast Region





The Campus Recruiter is responsible for actively pursuing and participating in activities related to campus recruiting. Other duties include identifying and recruiting recent college graduates during off-peak campus recruiting periods.

The Campus Recruiter is responsible for initiating and executing various local campus events and activities (campus presentations, information sessions and interviews) with the objective of achieving designated hiring commitments. They will assist in managing and executing the campus recruiting strategy at assigned schools. This role requires developing relationships with candidates, field management, and campus representatives (such as career center personnel, professors and leaders of student organizations). The Campus Recruiter also works with their manager and program lead for the Management Training Program to deliver new ideas and fresh perspectives for recruiting new and recent college graduates. Responsibilities will include identifying top candidates to present to field management for external recruiting and business development positions.

**Geographic Responsibility**

+ Northeast Region of the U.S.


+ Initiate and execute activities to serve as a campus ambassador at assigned schools

+ Serve as point of contact for students, professors, career centers, and field management during the campus recruiting process

+ Partner with the senior field project manager to create a hiring timeline and quarterly calendar of events

+ Partner with program lead for the Management Training Program and field staffing teams to enhance presence at core recruiting schools

+ Attend career fairs at select schools by collaborating with the program lead for the Management Training Program to ensure overall participation and proper representation at each event

+ Assist with the creation and delivery of candidate communications, which may include but is not limited to interviews, decline letters, offer letters and candidate follow up

+ Ensure accurate candidate documentation via applicant tracking system

+ Provide tracking and reporting related to campus recruiting, which may include but is not limited to career fair leads, application submission data, interview results, and hiring results

+ Assist with ongoing development and execution of the campus recruiting strategy, including identifying creative approaches to campus recruiting

+ Conduct candidate interviews (by phone, video or in person) as needed

+ Participate in U.S. and Northeast Region campus recruiting initiatives as appropriate


+ Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Marketing or Management)


+ Minimum of two years in recruiting or a related field, preferably in professional services


+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Ability to build rapport and cultivate relationships

+ Excellent leadership skills

+ Professional, confident, enthusiastic and detail oriented

+ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

+ Ability to coordinate and maintain follow up on a number of projects simultaneously

+ Ability to prioritize changing workloads

+ Demonstrated initiative and interest in being a self-starter

+ Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment and be resourceful

+ Interest in and enthusiasm for campus recruiting within a professional services environment

+ Proficient skills in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


+ The position requires travel to campuses and potentially branch offices, especially during peak recruiting periods. (Primary location could possibly be any branch office in the Northeast Region).
